The original K700 horn has been tough to beat. The small mouth area makes pure tractrix designs beyond difficult. I had to come up with a Hybrid Tractrix flair that would allow for the cutoff I need while maintaining the smooth Tractrix sound. 

On that note, any rectangular Tractrix design is a hybrid, because pure Tractrix designs are round.

Fortunately our symmetric Tractrix design is forgiving enough to allow morphing  the small mouth into a usable component.

I used a drememl to remove about 1/16 material from the top and bottom of the horn opening. I don't want to make the horn thinner and cabinet has plenty of room to work with.
